Design with AI: Introduction

Toasty's Design with AI service allows you to create images for Choice Cards using generative AI. With OpenAI’s DALL-E 3 model, you can produce a uniquely special design to go with your recipient’s reward.

 

Design with AI: How To Use

1. Under Toasty Choice Card, select Design with AI.

 

 

 

2. Review the AI Image Design Guide.

Check out example prompts and images for each occasion, along with prompt-writing guidance and policies.

 

3. Enter Your Prompt!

Write up a prompt to create an image your recipients will love! The more detailed the prompt, the better the results will be.

Please note: prompts can be up to 5,000 characters. Prompts that violate Toasty’s guidelines, including inappropriate or violent content, are prohibited.

 

 

4. Use Now or Save For Later.

Once your image is generated, you can use it immediately or save it for future use. 

Please note: if you use a design without saving it, the image will revert to a default Toasty card image in Order Management after 180 days.

 

5. Crop The Image

  • Crop the Choice Card by adjusting the scale and positioning. 



  • Saved images are available in My Designs, with a limit of six images.



The Recipient Experience

Recipients will receive their Toasty Choice Card featuring the custom image you’ve created, offering a truly personalized experience.

 

 

FAQs

Are AI-generated designs stored permanently?

If you save the image to My Designs, it will remain until you choose to delete it.

However, if you use a design without saving it, the image will revert to a default Toasty card image in Order Management after 180 days.

What should I do if there is an error generating the image?

For troubleshooting:

  1. Check if the prompt violates Toasty or OpenAI policies:
    • Revise your prompt to ensure it meets the guidelines.
  2. API communication error:
    • High API traffic can sometimes cause temporary errors. Please try again shortly.

 

What happens if I leave the page while the image is generated? 

Leaving the screen mid-process will count toward your daily limit. Please avoid exiting the page when the image is being generated.

 

I forgot to save a design that I liked. What can I do?

You can find it in Recently Created Designs, where you can access or save recently generated images, so you don’t lose a design you wanted to keep. Images will be stored here for 7 days.
