Getting Started
Creating a Campaign
1. Click 'Add Campaign' or '+create' to select the Choice Card design for your campaign.
2. Populate the required fields for your campaign.

Name |
Enter a name for your campaign. The name must be at least 1 character and up to 30 characters, including spaces. Duplicate campaign names are not allowed. |

Subject Line |
Enter the subject line for the email (maximum 100 characters). Spam filters closely inspect subject lines, so use a descriptive subject line and avoid using words like 'free', 'offer', and '$'. |

Sender Name |
The sender name (maximum 30 characters) will appear in the template of the reward email. |

Message |
Enter a custom message for the email body (up to 255 characters). You can personalize it using dynamic data for the recipient’s first and last name with {{First Name}} and {{Last Name}}. |

Template |
Choose an existing email template or create a new one. In the email template, you can set the sender name, add your company logo, and customize the colors. Note that the sender name and subject line set for the campaign will override those in the template. |

Attach a File |
Attach a file to send along with the email. Only PDF, JPEG, JPG, and PNG formats are allowed. The file must be no larger than 5MB. |

Refund Option |
By selecting the Refund Option, you will reclaim 70% of unredeemed funds. The Refund Option will shorten the expiration period from 180 days to 30 days. |

3. Once you've finished, click 'Save.' You will be able to see the list of campaigns you created in Campaign Management.
Editing a Campaign
1. In Campaign Management, click the name of the campaign you wish to edit.
2. Choose a new Choice Card image or keep the existing one to continue to the next step.
3. Make any necessary changes to the campaign. Once all the changes have been made, click Save.
Campaign Orders
1. In Campaign Management, click Order.
2. When placing a Campaign Order, you can manually enter recipients, upload a spreadsheet, or select a group.
3. You can Send Now for immediate delivery or Schedule for a later date.
4. In the final step, review all the details on the Payment screen, then click Send to complete the order.
5. You can check your order history in Order Management. Click on the Order Type & Order Number to view detailed order information in Order Detail.
Other Campaign Features
In Campaign Management, you can also preview your campaigns, send test emails to ensure everything looks perfect, and delete campaigns that are no longer needed.
