I sent a reward to the wrong email address. What can I do?
- If there was a typo in the email that you’ve sent a reward to, no need to worry! You can easily update the email address and resend it to the correct email.
The status shows as sent, but the recipient says they didn’t receive the email. What can I do?
- If the email is correct but the recipient can’t find the reward or it got lost in their inbox, you can simply resend the gift card to the same email address.
In both cases, you're resending the original gift card, not issuing a new one. Rest assured, no additional funds will be deducted from your account.
