Setting up a smart order

There are three ways to send out rewards through Toasty’s platform:

Set up a smart order to automatically send gifts on key dates like birthdays or anniversaries.

Gift Card Design & Amount

1. Choose between a Toasty Choice Card or a Branded Gift Card.

2. If you opt for a Toasty Choice Card, select your preferred gift card design.
This allows the recipient to choose their gift card brand in their local currency.

If you opt for a Branded Gift Card, select a gift card in the currency of your choosing.
This ensures the recipient receives the gift card in the brand and currency you've selected.

3. Enter the reward amount you’d like to send to your recipients. 

Template

1. You can choose from your pre-made templates or create a new one.

2. Name your smart order (e.g. birthdays or work anniversaries).

3. Next,  enter the subject line of the email and craft a customized message. You can use the first and last name variables to personalize the message for each recipient, adding a thoughtful touch.

Adding Recipients

When adding recipients, you have two options:

1. Single entry: 
   • Perfect for sending to a small number of recipients, you can manually enter their information one by one.
     
     
     
     
2. Upload a spreadsheet:
   •  Ideal for managing bulk orders, this option allows you to efficiently input large lists of recipients.
     
     
     
     

**Important: The date set for each individual is the date the reward will be sent to that recipient**

Tick the box for ‘Different Reward Amounts’ if you need to send different reward values to different recipients within the same order.

Review and Finalize

Set the duration of your smart order and save.

• Toasty Refund Option 
  • This option allows to to reclaim 70% of unredeemed gift card values for future use. This shortens the expiration window from 180 days to 30 days, giving you more flexibility and optimizing your rewards budget.

Finally, carefully review all order details and go live with the order.
