All orders are placed using the funds in your Toasty account.
To fund your account, you have two options:

Click ‘Add Funds’ from the dashboard and select the desired method.
Credit Card
1. Enter the funding amount.
2. Input your credit card details and billing information.
3. Payment may take 1-3 business days to process.
Please note that credit card transactions incur a 3% processing fee.
ACH / Wire Transfer
1. Enter the funding amount followed by your company information.
2. Download the invoice or send it to whoever is responsible for payment.
The invoice will provide the necessary bank details required to initiate an ACH or wire transfer.
Payment may take 2-5 business days to process.
3. Once the transfer is complete:
Please notify us via email at funding@toastycard.com with the following information:
- Company Name
- Funding Amount
- Reference Account Number
- Invoice Number
Once the funds are available in your account, we will notify you via email. Now you’re ready to start placing orders with us!
