You can cancel any scheduled orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
However, once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for a different gift card. Please double-check before confirming your orders to ensure everything is correct.
If a reward has been sent to the wrong email address, you can update and resend it to the correct email. See how to do so here. But please note that once sent, the reward cannot be canceled.
